Sarah began working as the Placement Coordinator at Antioch Adoptions in October of 2013. She received her BA in Psychology from University of Colorado-Boulder and then her MSW from University of Wisconsin-Madison. While initially her goal was to become a therapist for adults and children, working with adoptive families and helping to place children from the foster care system into Christian families became a new passion. She feels so blessed to be a part of what God is doing for these kiddos and the adoptive families they become a part of.
Sarah grew up in a very small town in Iowa and eventually ended up in beautiful WA state. She lives here with her husband and their poodle. When not working you can find her playing volleyball, kayaking, hiking, at the gym, or relaxing at home with a good book.
