Sarah has been at Antioch Adoptions for six years and is an integral part of every adoption placement. Her desire is to see every foster child find security with a family of their own. She counts it a blessing to see that happen every month with the Christian families served at Antioch Adoptions.
Sarah earned a Masters in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin before moving to Seattle to work at Antioch Adoptions. She is a trained practitioner for Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). Her parents were licensed foster parents and she has memories of the good experiences and the difficult emotions that came as the oldest biological child in the family. She is grateful for the research that has been done to assist families to help them successfully navigate the foster to adopt path. Sarah and her husband recently welcomed a son into their family.
