At Antioch Adoptions, all of our placements are focused on permanency for foster children in Washington and Arizona. We place these children into loving, Christian homes. Once a child has been placed into a home, the decision to adopt that child has already been decided by the foster/adoptive parents. Therefore, careful, prayerful assessments are made to ensure that the families are holistically healthy.
Antioch Adoptions takes very seriously the best interests of the adoptive parents and the foster child when placing a child in a home. The decision to adopt is an important step at Antioch Adoptions because children in foster care have often suffered some form of abuse and neglect. These children may have physical or emotional challenges, may be part of a sibling group and may be over the age of eight.
Foster children on the path to adoption want nothing more than a family to call their own. Our families are selected knowing they are entering a sacrificial mission field, not just growing a family. As your child moves from insecurity to security, Antioch Adoptions is always available to you for support, training and advocacy.
